How to Book
Simply select the performance in the data base. You will then choose the number of tickets and category and send your request. music-opera.com will answer within two working days confirming tickets' availability and rates.
Each request is processed as a firm booking
Ticket Categories and Location
The 1st category tickets are usually the best tickets of the theatre. The seating plans included allow to locate the different categories of seats.
music-opera.com cannot guaranty any specific seat (row or seat number) but will do its best to satisfy your wishes.
It is you responsability to check that the confirmed tickets correspond to your order.
Prices:
Prices are in Euros, they include taxes and in some cases the fees charged by the venues or by a local suppliers (ticket agency).
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, exceptionally errors or modifications may occur. If we discover an error in the price of tickets you have ordered, we inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order without any fees.
Booking Fees : (included in the prices)
Booking fees : maximum of 30 % V.AT. incl.
Reduced booking fees for Club members : maximum of 20% V.AT. incl.
Minimum booking fees :
€ 12.00 V.AT. incl. / € 8.00 V.AT. incl. for Club members
Payment :
By Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa). Your credit card is charged when the booking is re-confirmed.
The total amount may be charged on your credit card in separated amounts
Confirmation - Availability:
Your booking is confirmed by phone or by email.
You will always receive a written confirmation with all the details of your reservation. Please make sure you receive our written confirmation within 2 working days, if not please check your spams or contact us.
Ticket non-availabilities may occur, though seldom, in the case of a high ticket demand, or if you have booked the ticket in too short of a time period prior to the event. In these cases, you will be informed within two working days and your credit card will not be charged.
Tickets delivery / collections:
It varies depending on the theatre's policy:
- Sent directly to your address by registered mail. Delivery fees are € 6.00 for France, € 9.00 for out of France
- Collected at the venue's Box Office on day of performance, at least 1/2 h before the performance starts, presenting a voucher, a booking number or your name and last name.
- Delivered to your hotel, in the theatre's city, when booking is made through one of our local agent.

Modification - Cancellation
All performances could be modified or cancelled by the venue or producer, it is advised to check programmes, schedule and cast with us when booking and with the venue on arrival.
Music-opera.com can in no way be held accountable for a modifcation or cancellation of the performance booked.
In case of cancellation decided by the venue/producer, the face value will only be refunded. To get the refund, please send back your tickets to : music-opera.com - 17 rue Cler - 75007 Paris - France
The refund will be made as soon as the we receive the payment from the venue/organiser.
Cancellation - Refund - Use:
No right of withdrawal. In accordance with the article L121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, tickets are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
Tickets already confirmed shall not be exchanged nor refunded.
If tickets are confirmed and you are not able to attend the performance, music-opera.com will do its best to resell the tickets or return them to the venue, if successful, the amount of the ticket resale will be refunded less eventual banking fees and a penalty charge
Liability:
The performances take place under the venues/organisers/producers' liability. music-opera.com declines any responsibility in case of cancellation or changes in the performances booked beyond its control under unforeseen circumstances.
music-opera.com acts on your behalf with different suppliers of services. Our responsibility to you depends on each supplier's policy and is limited to the service provided and amount we invoiced.
The ticket sale here mentioned and any disputes that may arise between you and the Company will be governed by the French law and the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
Personal Information:
In addition to using your name and contact information to fulfill your requests and process your transactions, your name and contact information will be added to our database for reasons of security, in order to respect the guidelines and practices of the privacy policy. We may use this information to personalise our offers.
In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, the right of access and amendment to this information is guaranteed.

Validation:
When you click on "I understand and accept the below booking Terms of Use", you are deemed to have assented and agreed to this policy and these booking conditions before ordering. As a matter of fact, sending your order/request applies as agreement to these booking conditions.
